Cat's Meow! π£οΈ
Hello friends,
The image above is a picture of an American Curl cat as indicted by the curled ears. π
This is the 6th email I have sent out now. π₯³ I am aware it is not quite a typical milestone but nevertheless, I am grateful for someone to talk to. π« While I do enjoy chatting with the Winchesters, Jack, Claire, and other friends I have acquired, it is nice to have a friend to share my cat facts with. π The invention of email as communication is the best thing since sliced bread! π (Dean says I am getting better at my idioms.)
On the topic of communication, I have a fitting cat fact. π Cats meow to communicate with humans rather than their own species. They prefer to converse with each other by body language and scent. π Scent is actually cats primary communication method when interacting with their own species. π€
Meowing is a learned behavior among domesticated cats as feral cats usually outgrow this behavior. πͺ΄ Vocalization is a tool that domesticated cats utilize to communicate with their owners as humans do not have the ability to use the language of scent. π« It reminds me of how when I converse with certain humans, I cannot use my true voice. π I would equate my communication with humans with my non true voice as meowing. π
Do you have your own form of communications that you switch between when communicating with others? π¨ Your own type of language? Can you perhaps communicate by scent like cats? π³
I hope you have an enjoyable day!
Your friend a meowing, Cas. π±
